Email Marketing & Automation

The channel you own. Sequences and campaigns that turn the traffic you already paid for into customers who come back.

Every other channel rents you an audience. Email is the one you own, no algorithm between you and the inbox, no auction deciding whether your message gets seen. Which makes it strange how many businesses spend heavily acquiring visitors and then let them leave without any way to speak to them again.

The work here is straightforward and compounding. Capture the right people with something genuinely worth their address. Welcome them with a sequence that builds trust before it asks for anything. Nurture the not-yet-ready, because most of your future customers are in that group today. And send campaigns that people actually open, because they learned early that your emails are worth opening.

What I set up and run

Platform setup or cleanup on tools like Mailchimp, Brevo or Klaviyo. Automated flows: welcome, nurture, abandoned enquiry and win-back sequences written once and earning indefinitely. Campaign strategy and copy for launches, offers and retention. List hygiene and deliverability, the unglamorous work that decides whether anything else matters. And reporting on revenue and replies, not just open rates.

Where it fits

Email is a multiplier on everything else: it raises the value of every visitor SEO and paid media bring in. If your list is small, we grow it properly. If it is large and cold, reviving it carefully is often the fastest revenue project available to you.

Straight answers

Our email list is old and cold. Is it worth reviving?

Usually yes, done carefully with a re-permission campaign rather than a blast. It is often the cheapest revenue available, and it cleans your deliverability at the same time.

Which email platform should we use?

The simplest one that does what you need. For most businesses that is Mailchimp or Brevo; for e-commerce, Klaviyo. I set up whichever fits and never recommend by commission.

How many emails is too many?

The honest measure is value per email, not count. A useful weekly email outperforms a mediocre monthly one. We agree a rhythm your audience would actually miss.

Can email work for B2B services?

Extremely well. A patient nurture sequence is often what converts the enquiry that was not ready to buy the day they found you.
