Strategy has a bad name because most of it is a slide deck that never becomes a Tuesday afternoon task. The version I do is different: an audit of what you have, an honest read of where the growth actually is, and a sequenced plan where every line has an owner, a cost and a number it is supposed to move. If a recommendation cannot survive the question “what would this change?”, it does not make the plan.
The perspective comes from execution. I have run the channels I recommend, across banking, healthcare, e-commerce, travel and technology, in four different markets. That means the plan is written by someone who knows what each line item takes to actually deliver, which is precisely the knowledge most strategy documents are missing.
Ways to work with me
A full marketing audit when you suspect money is leaking but cannot see where. A digital strategy engagement when you are entering a market, launching, or tired of channel-by-channel guesswork. Competitor analysis when you want their playbook mapped honestly. Or a fractional arrangement, senior marketing leadership a few days a month, for businesses that need direction more often than they need documents.
What you get
A prioritised roadmap your team, or I, can execute from the following Monday. Budget allocation with reasoning you can challenge. And the thing consultants rarely offer: a clear list of what not to do, which is usually where the first savings are.
